During my Thanksgiving stay at the hotel, I found the Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Mall Of America - MSP Airport to be a pleasant surprise. While the initial room was not up to par, the manager promptly addressed our concerns and moved us to a nicer room. I particularly enjoyed the spaciousness, comfortable beds, and the ongoing room renovations. The convenience of being minutes away from the Mall of America, waterpark, and dining options was a definite highlight. The staff's politeness and the value for the price made my stay enjoyable. Thank you to the hotel for a satisfying experience.
